We’re in-network with BlueCross BlueShield and SelectHealth and can verify your acupuncture coverage for you.

To get started, please fill out the form below and email us the front and back of your insurance card. Verification takes 2–3 business days.

We bill your insurance directly, but payment is due at the time of service.

If your insurance includes acupuncture benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement.

We will provide a superbill—a detailed receipt containing the required diagnosis codes and treatment information.

A superbill is a document you submit to your insurance provider to request reimbursement. It includes:

Diagnostic and procedure codes

Provider credentials

Service details and payment confirmation

Many insurance companies accept superbills for acupuncture if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.

To avoid surprises, call your insurance company and ask:

Do you cover out-of-network acupuncture?

Is a referral or pre-authorization required?

Is acupuncture covered for my specific condition?

What portion of each visit will be reimbursed?
